    Lots of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Well-equipped and nicely furnished room, great view. Perfect and nice location with restaurants and bars near the place.

    The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, not very far from Dfs Galleria Scottswalk. Besides, I was near gardens and parks. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with quality bedding and 2 bathrooms and a good shower.

    The area was really busy.

    This hotel is an absolute oasis! The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for lounging on sun-soaked days, while the gym offered everything I needed to stay active. And live plants and vibrant orchards in my Premier King Room.

    Access to the signature lounge. Staff were very helpful there and there was a good selection of snacks etc.

    Pool loungers were very dirty, and not nearly enough for the amount of people looking for one.

    we liked the location and cleanliness

    I booked the suite at the hotel which was the most expensive. we travelled from Malaysia via by road JB. Though i had paid for the the day from 2pm as check-in time, i reached hotel around 8pm. we were very tired and the staff kept us waiting for almost 2 hours. I had to remind the lady several times that we have not got the room yet but she kept saying its being cleaned.I don't understand why she kept me waiting so long when i had booked the hotel in advance. 2 hours for cleaning? ridiculous!! Each time i walk to reception to remind her, she didn't have the courtesy to call me out of the queue and explain me the real problem. I had to be rude to her finally as i lost my patience and the room became ready suddenly. I asked for a oriental type suite but they gave a suite with normal decorations. this was the worst experience during my stay at 3 hotels in Singapore and Malaysia. The hotel lobby is always crowded. We enjoyed our visit to Singapore only this hotel experience was really disappointing.

    fantastic service

    The super nice team, especially alvin from the front office who solved a payment issue for me. The location is excellent too, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The signature beautiful double room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Don't miss trying the crispy roasted duck at hua ting!

    A Nice Stay with Stellar Service

    I enjoyed my stay, particularly due to the attentive staff were really nice to assist with every need. The convenience of a nearby supermarket made late-night snacking easy. If you can, opt for the club lounge-it enhances the experience!
